GET TO KNOW ME
In the midst of empty nesting, where our formative years and curiosity for the future intertwine, Christine Cavalier stands out for her insights into legacy and its role within real estate. As one of the leading agents in Northern Colorado’s residential real estate market, her commitment to family has set a distinct foundation for how she supports her clients in the buying and selling process - honoring how real estate impacts her clients' futures while respecting the intimate details that have enriched their past. With testaments to expansive and stable moves in the market, Christine has built a loyal following of clients who trust her for her thoughtful approach to every transaction. Her unique care for how individuals live and thrive in their home environment speaks volumes about her experience in the industry.
Christine’s real estate career is informed by a wealth of professional experiences across Fortune 100 companies. Here she developed strong skills in project management, negotiation, marketing, and customer service. As a Western Division Recruiter for Wells Fargo, Christine built a reliable team of resources in diverse demographic and geographic areas. She recruited over 500 officer and VP-level employees to staff 100 new branch locations, honing her project management skills, which now serve her well in managing the complex processes of buying and selling real estate, particularly during the contract management phase.
In her role as a District Sales Manager for Wells Fargo, Christine oversaw the customer service and sales performance of 15 retail branches, refining her skills in people management, customer service, and marketing. These experiences shaped her ability to truly listen to her clients, identify their unique needs, and provide exceptional service that exceeds their expectations.
Her career also included time as a Senior Sales Consultant for Novartis Pharmaceuticals, where she was responsible for the sales volume of three different prescription medications in northern Nevada. This role gave Christine a deep understanding of complex disease states and how to educate and explain how medications impact them. She became an expert in customizing her communication to various personality types, a skill that has proven invaluable in working with diverse real estate clients, brokers, and vendor relationships. Furthermore, her extensive negotiation training, used to secure better positioning for products with insurance companies, now empowers her to negotiate strong contracts on behalf of her buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process, including inspection and other contract phases.
Christine also spent time managing the flagship location of Starbucks as a Store Manager. There, she was responsible for the store’s operations and sales performance, refining skills in time management, creative marketing, and maintaining calm under pressure. She employed sensory-based marketing techniques—utilizing sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste—to enhance customer experiences. Now, she applies these same principles to real estate, preparing all her listings with attention to detail that engages the full sensory experience, helping homes stand out in the market.
Growing up in a small agricultural town in northern California with a population of 14,000, Christine witnessed the power of a close-knit community. Cupertino, once largely unknown, later became synonymous with Apple’s rise in the early 2000s, providing a potent analogy for unappreciated potential. This upbringing gave Christine a passion for cultivating strong community ties and a compassionate approach to her neighbors and clients alike. She learned the value of unity and collaboration, skills that now guide her in fostering cooperation during real estate transactions. Christine firmly believes that being defensive, adversarial, or condescending can be counterproductive, and instead strives to get to the finish line with all parties feeling respected, heard, and understood.
When Christine met her husband, Frank, it was no surprise they shared similar sentiments about community and potential. Together, they have raised their two boys in the loving community of Longmont, where they have enjoyed access to Colorado’s stunning outdoors. Christine treasures family traditions, from cooking generations-old Italian recipes and tending to an immaculate garden to enjoying holiday traditions like deep-frying Thanksgiving turkeys and making Christmas cookies for friends and neighbors. These family values and traditions are at the heart of Christine’s approach to real estate—she understands the importance of home as not just a place, but as the foundation of a family’s memories, growth, and future.
Today, Christine continues to serve on nonprofit boards and is deeply involved in the movement to bring back civility and civil discourse to society. Her broad array of skills, developed across industries, helps her guide her clients through one of the most significant transactions of their lives, providing the same level of care, precision, and forethought to each unique situation.
