About Christina
For 20 years, Christina Balderas has successfully guided clients through Austin’s competitive real estate market. Leading residential sales & purchases across Central Austin and surrounding areas, including Hyde Park, San Marcos, Georgetown, and Lockhart, she supports client decision making from start to finish. As former clients will attest, Christina combines business acumen with a devoted consideration for people’s wants & needs to turn a complex, high-stress situation into a wonderful, momentous experience.
First, actively listening to clients’ ideas & concerns, Christina blends up-to-date technology use with her strong understanding of the Austin market to identify neighborhoods, architectural styles, and price points that speak to client desires. Relocating from the harsh Chicago winters in the early 1980s, Christina and her family found their new life in the welcoming arms of Austin. After graduating from Texas State University, Christina began her professional career as a Technical Recruiter and Resource Manager for software consulting firms in the Austin area. From the founding of Dell, Whole Foods, and ACL Music Festival, to the city’s constant population expansion & diversification, Christina feels she has truly grown up with Austin. She can often be found acting as a tourist in her own city or giving back to her community through organizations such as Habitat for Humanity.
By meticulously taking care of the numerous moving pieces that make up buying & selling a home, she navigates her clients through this important decision-making process.
