Christian was super helpful in finding a home. I highly recommend him. He was professional, very friendly and asked great questions to understand what we were looking for in a house. Christian is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with his background in the trades as well. He have a network of referrals we used on our new home for some work done. Also, he communicated very well and was really focused on the helping us find the right home for us.

It was pure luck that we found Christian and we are so grateful that we did. He brings so much experience and knowledge. He has a keen eye and we felt comfortable putting an offer on the houses we saw that Christian had given a "thumbs up" to. He also was so responsive and accommodating of our schedules. Additionally, Christian has provided us with great recommendations/referrals for companies to do work on our house. 10/10 recommended working with Christian.

I have worked with a couple realtors, so it was easy to tell the difference between a good realtor and a not so good one! I have to say Christian is definitely one of the best ! Christian has helped me sell 1 home and buy 2 homes, he has made the whole process extremely easy, from fully answering all of my questions and concerns, to his impeccable attention to details, he explains everything in a way that is easy to understand, from making an offer, to working with the Mortgage company, lawyers, etc. Then when selling my home, Christians guidance in getting things ready to sell was huge, I was able to make the max on my home home and it sold within a week !! Christian is a hard worker and is definitely there working for his clients, he cares and he listens! I really cant speak highly enough of Christian as my real estate agent, his professionalism , knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethics, and because of who he is, I have recommended a few people to him and they have felt the exact same way about him ! Christian is amazing! He sold my home in record timing even when it was not in the best condition. He had great ideas, knows the market very well, was always encouraging, addressed concerns and easy to get ahold of. I have worked with other relators that were less responsive and knowledgeable but Christian really was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. I highly recommend him and wish I could give him more stars.

When me and my wife and kids were looking for a new home we had idea where we wanted to live near but not much else. Christian understood and we wanted to explore options on different price range of homes. He never discouraged us and showed us homes in all price ranges. He is very knowledgeable and he was very honest and told us of issues with home that you normally don’t hear from sales associates. He is going to be our family’s realtor for any needs.
