Christian is a native San Franciscan as were his parents. He has extensive knowledge of San Francisco and he loves the City’s unique and diverse neighborhoods. After graduating from Santa Clara University with a Bachelors Degree in Finance, he returned to San Francisco, secured his Real Estate License in 1987, and started his career in Real Estate Finance as a Loan Originator. He excelled in this capacity and was a top producing agent for decades. Christian’s hard work and excellence earned him the opportunity to become Managing Partner and Branch Operator of Guarantee Mortgage Corporation. He was responsible for managing 42 Loan Consultants and 12 Staff members. Christian has been a San Francisco property owner and landlord for 31 years. The twenty-four years of experience in the Mortgage Industry gives Christian a solid knowledge of all aspects of Real Estate. Christian has worked with thousands of buyers, hundreds of Listing/Selling Agents, Investors, numerous Developers and Builders during his tenure. Christian served on the Board of the California Association of Mortgage Professionals.
