As longtime head of a noted Paris real estate brokerage, Christian Grusq has expanded his base to encompass the Los Angeles market. He is now GLAR Global Committee Vice-Chair, 2023 and 2024 C.A.R. Director and N.A.R. Land Use Property Rights and Environment Committee Member
Previously, he has been Chair of the Commercial Committee at the GLAR (Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors) in 2019 and 2020, GLAR Beverly HILLS Chair and GLAR Member of the Board of Directors in 2022 and 2023.
Christian Grusq enjoys a distinguished global profile in an array of fields including real estate and his position as French Chairman of Diplomacy & Sustainable Development and as Delegate for the US Pacific Coast of INTA (International Urban Development Association).
In his latter role, he has placed special focus on the Mediterranean countries coastal region, an area with many parallels to LA coastal markets. Christian Grusq draws on his unparalleled depth of experience and international connections to win rewarding results for his clients.
Now based in the US at Compass-Beverly Hills, he communicates daily with both Europe and his LA client base, establishing links between European and Southern California clients and investors. Christian Grusq is affiliated with Miracle Project for autism and as President and founder of the American Institute for Levinassian Studies, he organizes monthly philosophic lectures.
