We highly recommend using Chrissy Bewley as your agent to buy or sell your home! She helped us buy our first home and she made the whole experience easy and delightful. We felt that she worked really hard helping us find the perfect house. Her positive attitude and cheerful spirit made touring homes such a pleasure and exciting process. Her media savvy internet marketing tool One Home made it easy for us to see when new homes were coming on the market. She did not wast time or wait till Monday to get in communication with the listing agent. She contacted them right away and was able to get us in to see our home before it even went on the market. As an established agent in the area she had already worked with the listing agent and had already built a good report with them. Her experience and knowing the area really helped guide us in the process. She was on top of every detail and communicated promptly with us every step of the way. She explained all the complicated documents and made everything easy to understand. She patiently answered all our questions. She was able to refer us to many of the various vendors and tradespeople we needed to complete our transaction and projects on the new house. The day we closed and got our keys she brought us a nice bottle of champagne to celebrate. She even took a sweet video of our family unlocking the door and walking into our home for the first time and took pictures for our memories! Chrissy first of all is very plesant & a joy to be around. To me that’s very important. I’ve been working w/ Chrissy for over a year in search of my new home. Chrissy helped me navigate through a very difficult sale of one of my rentals. I was removing the house from the rental market to sell it but could not get the tenants out. Chrissy was very professional, she kept me posted and upbeat all through the eviction, mediation, court, etc. She was very successful in advertising the house and we found the perfect buyers. We worked with Chrissy for a few weeks up and down highway 101. From orcutt I/Santa Maria to Atascadero . Lots of places in between. On occasion we found the properties o Zillow and she would do her homework and set up a viewing appointment. Sometimes the property may have not been on the multiple and she would have to figure it out. We made offers on only 2 properties . The first one in Orcutt which we didn't get. The second one in Atascadero that we ended up buying. In both cases Chrissy came up with info about additional bidders and direction on pricing. In both cases we offered above asking price . The Orcutt property we should have got but from what Chrissy later found out the owner fell for a sob story from the buyer he chose and it didn't work out.They came back to us but we were already under contract for the Atascadero property she worked thru the inspection and repair process. Chrissy is awesome. She is extremely knowledgeable and is always at least one step ahead (usually two or three) in terms of anticipating what her clients need. We are three hours away from the area where we were purchasing our home and the process was so smooth that I didn't feel any stress or anxiety about being "outside of the area". Chrissy is an excellent communicator and is flexible with connecting in whatever way is best for her clients. She will talk to you on the phone as long as you need or can also text and email to keep you updated. Chrissy has lots of contacts in trades and in the inspection world that are honest and affordable, and she made all arrangements for every quote that I needed. It is hard to find a realtor that is genuinely a nice person, honest in all areas of the business, and highly professional in terms of getting the job done with clear communication and on time.
