Chris Smart is a life-long Kansas City resident. Chris started in real estate in 2000. His family has been in the real estate business for generations—first starting in Kansas City in 1841! Since venturing into real
estate, Chris has carved out a distinguished career path marked by a commitment to excellence and a keen eye for detail. 

Before immersing himself fully in real estate, Chris owned and operated Smart Graphics and Advertising. As the proprietor of this boutique advertising and design firm, specializing in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer interactions, Chris demonstrated his knack for strategic branding and creative innovation.

Throughout his real estate years, Chris has carefully renovated or constructed over 20 homes in the Kansas City area. His dedication to quality sets him apart as he insists upon the best craftsmanship and style in his homes.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Chris is invested in the community, having served on a number of boards including the FBI Citizens Academy and First Call. His commitment to civic engagement under-
scores his desire to give back to the community that has played such a pivotal role in shaping him.

A fun-loving collector of art and artifacts, he finds boundless joy in scouring online auctions for rare treasures to add to his personal collection. He also loves collecting all things to do with Kansas City. He
can often be seen piloting his quad copter photographing homes as well as Kansas and Missouri landscapes.

Chris loves spending time with his family including his wife, Emily and their five children and three grandchildren!
