About Chris
Trading stocks for 25 years gave Chris a wild education in markets and psychology, but his real passions surfaced at TTK, where team members know him as a walking encyclopedia of all things architecture, art, and design. His breadth of knowledge surpasses many with formal training. He has respectfully restored five midcentury modern houses in Palm Springs, co-authored a book about architect William Krisel, served on the board of Palm Springs Art Museum’s Architecture and Design Council, and is a founder and president of the Palm Springs Modern Committee, which advocates for the preservation of the city’s architectural heritage. Chris lives in an architectural home filled with art and finds great fulfillment in the two-way process of learning from and educating others in those two arenas. As a man who appreciates period-authentic details and their historic origins, Chris treats his vintage cars as design and architecture on wheels. Dialing in their mechanics — down to every light, radio, and clock — only hints at his meticulous nature. Likewise, he has an innate knack for introducing clients to properties that feel custom-made for their character and lifestyle.
