With a background in commercial and residential construction, Chris was able to help us prepare hour home for market, evaluating the return on investment of improvements, focusing on time on market and maximization of sale price. Using Chris's team, we were able to get our house on the market in less than two weeks, and were under-contract in 5 days! He also helped us purchase our dream home. I favorited a home that came up on a filter. The next day, I received a personalized video walkthrough from Chris. We scheduled an in-person showing, where he was able to talk to us about the home, issues to consider and potential pit-falls that may not be apparent to the average person. "Chris was *fantastic* in helping us find our first home. We had no idea what to expect with the home buying process, but Chris explained everything in detail to us and we felt very comfortable during the whole process. "My husband and I (first time home buyers) were linked with Chris via Zillow. We requested a tour at a house, and just 10 minutes later we received a phone call from Chris who said he could show us the house the next day! Throughout our home hunting journey- Chris remained very responsive to our questions and helped us see all the houses we wanted to see. He would stay up late just to make sure we could book a tour ASAP once it went active! He was also patient with us and took the time to let us walk through a variety of different houses to help us narrow down what we were looking for. Throughout our search he provided us with non-bias facts that helped us in making our own informative decision on what we wanted to do with the house.
