About Chris
The stakes are consequential. The process is stressful. But the pay-offs to quality of life and wealth-building can be enormous. Unfortunately, the industry has a spotty record for agents who are part-time, less than professional, and sometimes even unethical. Who you choose to guide you through it all to the least stressful and most successful outcome critical.
So, why consider choosing me?
With over ten years in the industry, working at an elite boutique regional brokerage, I have evolved my practice of real estate to the highest levels of professionalism and expertise. Now, I employ that at one of the top brokerages in the industry--Compass--with unrivaled incredible tools, strategies, and reach to empower clients. In addition to my own business, I Co-Lead a ten-agent team of high-producing colleagues who make for a deep bench as we support each other. My greatest satisfaction is when clients rave about my service. "Dialed-in on the data," "super savvy," "flawless execution," "fabulous communicator," and "he went above and beyond" are themes frequently mentioned by clients. And some even note that I made it enjoyable, and we became friends. That's optional, of course. I bring an added dimension of helping you not only find a home that works but the right community that will help you to thrive. My goal is to help a client be so wildly successful and pleased with the experience that I'm their real estate guy for life. Word-of-mouth recommendations and repeat business is the core of my clientele.
My family has lived in the suburbs of Detroit, Dallas, and now Denver--first in Boulder and then in Castle Rock. My wife, Cami, is an RN with one of the area's large healthcare providers. Ayanna, my oldest, is graduating from CSU and planning on Dental School. My youngest, Aryssa, is a Freshman at CU-Boulder at the Leeds School of Business. Both grew up in Douglas County Schools and participated in the International Baccalaureate Program. And I can't not mention Duke--our Jack Russell Terrier, who is everyone's favorite. Our family loves to hike, ski, explore, and eat!
I'm heavily vested in the town, having chaired the Public Safety Commission, serving as a Planning Commissioner for three full terms, and being involved in non-profit institutions like Greenhouse Scholars, Salute Colorado, and a number of social groups. We love being a part of this community in this beautiful place! I'll move when a day goes by that the beauty doesn't grab me and make me grateful. It hasn't yet, and we're going on seventeen years in Colorado.
I assist clients predominantly in the South Metro Denver Area, frequently in Castle Rock/Castle Pines/Parker, and am the Nextdoor Neighborhood Favorite (again) in Terrain, where I work as the expert in my own "backyard!" If you have goals involving real estate, I welcome the opportunity to interview for your trust and business. Let's work together to make this your best move!
