“ Chris is an amazing agent. During my first showing, Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the house and went through every part of the home that was substandard as it was a flip and some of the construction was shotty. After that, Chris and I continued to work together. He was extremely responsive, we spoke late, early, and even on weekends. Chris made sure that I could ask any and all of my questions (even my silly ones). Chris immediately scheduled an entire tour day where we saw 10 houses and even went back to the one I liked a second time on the same day. Chris ran comparables on the home and neighborhood before putting in an offer to ensure that the appraisal later wouldn't be an issue. After putting in an offer, Chris worked with me every single step of the way. He was on every email for the loan work and title work to ensure we stayed on schedule. My timeline was extremely tight, I had to be out of my apartment the day after I closed, and he made sure we kept that timeline! He connected me with a loan officer and home inspector so that we were all able to communicate efficiently. Even when Chris went on vacation for a week during the home buying process he connected me to three of his coworkers to ensure I was well taken care of. On closing day, Chris brought me flowers to the new home and was there with me while I signed every closing document. Other agents may send their coworkers to sit through this process, but Chris was there himself. I would highly recommend this agent for any prospective home buyer, especially if you are a first-time home buyer. By the end of the process I feel like an expert!
