Chris loves to work with friends, family, and investors to help them buy or sell their perfect property. She also specializes in real estate transactions with legal, financial, and emotional complexities, such as marital dissolutions, estate, probate, foreclosures and bankruptcy. She is a trained mediator, and experienced in Real Estate Special Commissioner assignments, Court procedures and expert testimony. Chris is currently working to raise the bar on Real Estate Special Commissioners. She has established the Arizona School for Real Estate Specialists where she teaches courses on complex real estate scenarios and topics.
