About Chris

With over two decades of experience selling real estate and over $500 million in closed transactions, I bring experience, strategy, and personal focus to every deal. My goal? To guide my clients through a seamless sales experience while ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome.


I built a strong foundation of industry knowledge by selling New York City luxury properties for 21 years before moving to Wilton Manors, FL, and expanding my sales region to the area in and around Fort Lauderdale. Now, as part of The Performance Group at Compass, I combine top-tier marketing resources, negotiation skills, and deep market insights to give my clients the edge they need in a competitive market. 


With degrees in marketing and law, I offer a unique perspective on real estate, ensuring that every one of my clients gets the best deal in a seamless transaction with proper protection. My background as a Law Clerk for a U.S. District Court Judge in Chicago (ND, Ill) and a founding partner in a boutique law practice affords me the skills to handle complex negotiations with confidence and precision.


As an empathetic person, I achieve more success in life and business as a go-giver than a go-getter, and I have found that all parties to real estate transactions benefit from that approach. I maintain cordial, professional relationships with other brokers, lawyers, lenders, and title companies. When I'm not working, I fundraise for no-kill animal shelters and have two rescue dogs living their best lives. I also volunteer for a non-profit hospice agency where I help caregivers and patients, primarily those with dementia and Alzheimer's, and spend my spare time on call at nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private homes where I sit vigil with patients who are actively dying, particularly those who do not have friends or family nearby. I believe no one should die alone, whether they are homeless or living in a beachfront luxury home.
