"We were put in contact with Collin purely chance. We had another agent from a different brokerage who flaked on us for a showing, and put feelers out for other to help us instead. Collin answered the phone immediately and with only a few hours notice, was able to pull some strings and get us a showing. While that initial place didn't end up being a great fit, Collin was extremely helpful and understanding through the process. We currently live out of state, so he had to schedule nine showings during the few days we were in town -- during a holiday, no less -- and coordinated a few others with a friend of ours after we left.
