About Chesley
Hi, I am Chesley, and I am so happy to be a part of the Compass family! My husband and I have three young boys. Our life is a roller coaster as a family of five, but we are here for it and enjoying the ride!
I am originally from Texas. Looking back, I benefited from having a rural/urban upbringing. I was primarily raised in the city but also spent a lot of time on our family’s 300+ acre farm, in east Texas, where we raise cattle. My sister and I drove four-wheelers, helped in the garden, learned to fish, catch lightning bugs, and drive on that land. We learned to drive in an old pickup truck, in pastures and on back roads filled with pot-holes. Those were the days! I cherish those memories to my core, and we continue to be able to make those memories with our own boys when we go back to visit.
As much as we love Texas, my husband and I had a different plan for our family. We wanted to raise our boys on the coast! We did not move because of a career change or job transfer. We moved because this is where we want to be!
We did extensive research and were able to find that we could live affordably, all while having an excellent school system for our children, only minutes away from the beach. We took the plunge and made the move. And we haven’t had a single ounce of regret.
We live in Navarre, Fl — in a close-knit, small-town feel community, with our beloved neighbor close by, the emerald waters of the Gulf Coast. For us, it’s a dream come true. And I’m happy to report that our family, most importantly our boys, are thriving. Our family loves to kayak, paddleboard, fish, go to the beach, and explore. We love life to the utmost and all of our friends and family visit us regularly.
If you are a new homebuyer in the area or are looking to relocate in the same way my family did, I would love the opportunity to serve you. If you are looking for your dream vacation home (your home away from home), it would be my pleasure to help you find it. My unique career background has prepared me well to be an excellent multitasker and to work well under pressure.
I love serving others and have a history of working within the community by volunteering in the schools and serving in a number of capacities at our home church. I also love researching and have made it my mission to stay up to date on property values throughout the various communities, as well as the school systems on the Emerald Coast.
As a Compass real estate agent, I have layers of resources, support, and expertise at my fingertips; and will strive to provide you with the best real estate experience possible. I am told I am a people-person, easy to talk to, and relatable. Whether you are searching for your dream home or just have questions about the area, please feel free to contact me via phone call, text, or email. I am truly honored to meet you and if given the opportunity, I will work diligently to meet your needs. Your goals are my goals! And your success is my success! Give me a call and let’s see what we can accomplish together. I look forward to serving you and your family!
