About Cheryl
In 1999 while working as a global account executive for a major international airline in Chicago, Cheryl relocated to Half Moon Bay in order to be closer to Boeing and her other west coast accounts. With her extensive background in client relations, contract negotiation, customer service and marketing, real estate was a natural fit.
In years of experience working with clients, Cheryl understands that the first and most important step in building a relationship is an ability to listen. Only after truly hearing and understanding the goals, apprehensions, aspirations and of course the dreams of one’s prospective clients, can one successfully develop and implement a successful strategy for finding the perfect home. Similarly, sellers have very emotional connections to their homes, and it’s imperative that the seller’s agent has not only a clear understanding of the seller’s objectives, but also how emotional and disruptive this time can be in a seller’s life. Navigating these complex issues while at the same time guiding and supporting her clients in their decision-making is one of Cheryl’s strengths.
