"Bought a Apartment home in 2020 in Brooklyn, NY. Cheryl was extremely helpful throughout the entire purchase process. We provided her with a list of requirements when we first contacted her and she responded promptly with a few recommendations which would potentially suit our needs. She then scheduled showings for us and walked with us on every showing. After each showing, she patiently pointed out the pros and cons of each unit and that really helped us in making an informed decision. After few weeks of search, we were able to locate a condo near Park Slope which we were in love with. Furthermore, Cheryl provided her expert opinion on the offer and assisted us on the negotiation process. In the end, we were able to purchase a condo and a parking space on a great bargain. We highly recommend Cheryl as a broker of choice for your next purchase."

"Cheryl has a great responsibility for her clients. She conducted a thorough due diligence when searching potential tenants and successfully selected the best quality tenant for me. I have leased out my apartment for two years and the tenant has never missed making the monthly lease payment. I have communicated with the tenant very well. I sincerely thank Cheryl for her!"

"After Cheryl helped me complete my lease, I moved to another country. Cheryl has reminded me to communicate with tenant two months before the lease expires. Thanks to her timely and responsible reminder, I would not forget to check with the current tenant for potential renewal or otherwise look for new tenants. Cheryl is very capable and always willing to help her clients before and after the lease. She is really a trustworthy professional."

"Last year, the tenant lived in my 42nd street condo started delaying her monthly rent, and some time even failed to make her rent payment. During that time, my husband and I are working out of state, we did not have time to deal with things like this. So glad that we met Cheryl who is so capable and responsible in negotiation. She successfully helped us to recover as many missing payments as possible and had the tenant move out eventually. At the same time, she also looked for another pair of creditable tenets for us. So our apartment was rented out immediately after the previous one was out. We are so thankful for Cheryl."
