About Cheryl A.
A resident of New York City for more than four decades, Cheryl Daly combines her love of the city with her ability to understand the emotional and financial complexities of buying and selling a New York City home. Thorough in her research and clearly a strong communicator and marketer, she guarantees that every sale will be a win-win for her customers, be they sellers or buyers. An Associate Broker, Cheryl has spent over a decade working in Manhattan real estate. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and has achieved REBNY’s prestigious designation of New York Residential Specialist (NYRS) as well as Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE). At her previous firm, she was a member of the Producer’s Council, representing the top 3% of the company’s sales agents (2016 and 2017).

Cheryl has successfully worked with sellers and buyers in numerous Manhattan buildings, including such distinctive addresses as the Hotel des Artistes (1 West 67th Street), where she has sold two dozen homes, Alwyn Court (180 West 58th Street), the Rockefeller Apartments (17 West 54th Street and 24 West 55th Street), 180 East 79th Street, the Musicians Building (50 West 67th Street), the Atelier (33 West 67th Street), 35 West 85th Street, the Rio (304 East 65th Street), Astor Terrace (245 East 93rd Street) and 515 East 72nd Street as well as several new condos in Brooklyn.

A busy and energetic professional, Cheryl had a successful career in public relations for major television companies, including CBS, Group W and MTV Networks, prior to entering real estate sales. She is a member of the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and New York Women in Film and Television (NYWIFT), where she has served as a Board Vice President. Cheryl has also served as a judge on the Midas Awards for World’s Best Financial Advertising. She currently is active in Landmark West!, a preservation society for Manhattan’s Upper West Side and volunteers for Step Up, a women’s network that mentors high school girls.
