Chavone Guthery

Chavone Guthery is a proud San Francisco native who has also lived and worked in the
surrounding areas of the Central Valley, South Bay, and East Bay. She earned a Bachelor's
Degree in Business Management and has worked in IT System Administration and Project
Management for over 20 years. While working full time as an IT professional in the Tech
industry, Chavone expanded her career into real estate and looks forward to guiding her Bay
Area clientele with finding their perfect property.

When describing her passion for real estate, Chavone centers her own journey in purchasing
her first investment property in early 2007. From there she went on to own and manage
multiple rental properties over the span 10 years. Chavone recognizes that the most important
part of real estate, for her, is building and maintaining genuine relationships-- “I do this because
I want to help people. I learned a lot on my own these past years, and I want to support and
navigate my clients through the process now.”

Through her own experience with buying and selling property in the Bay Area, Chavone has
developed strong negotiation skills and deepened industry knowledge of the current market.
She brings a glowing enthusiasm and commitment to integrity every step of the way. Chavone
has the experience, skillset, and heart to get the job done!

In her free time, you can find Chavone enjoying local architecture (some of her favorite
buildings include Museum of Modern Art, Xanadu Gallery in San Francisco and City Hall in San
Jose). She loves spending time with her family and being a mentor to her younger family
members.
