When he represents sellers, Charles' diverse real estate background enables him to highlight the most compelling features of a listing, while his team's access to an extensive collection of staging furniture and accessories enables him to prepare listings beautifully and cost-effectively. Charles' deep knowledge of real estate development and design also gives him insight into which pre-market repairs or improvements are worthwhile for a seller to perform. When Charles represents buyers, this skill-set enables him to demystify the renovation process for his clients and to untap hidden value in properties others might overlook. Regardless of whether he is representing a buyer or a seller, Charles' warm, affable personality, wonderful sense of humor, and excellent communication skills make him a pleasure to work with.
Born and raised in Brookline, Charles has spent the last two decades developing and renovating property all over Brookline, the Metrowest area, and Cape Cod. His work has garnered him multiple awards from the Brookline Preservation Commission, and it has also helped him build a great working knowledge of zoning, preservation and conservation commissions, as well as a broad network of agents and contractors across the state. His depth and range of experience makes him a great fit for properties throughout greater Boston, Brookline, and the north and western suburbs, as well as Cape Cod and beyond.
In his spare time, Charles enjoys skiing, watersports, getting out on his boat on Lake Boon and on Cape Cod with friends and family, and singing in a classic rock cover band. He is a devoted father to his two young adult daughters.
