I had watched tons of videos of her helping others find their dream home and even offering tips on what to know before you buy a home. She also came highly recommended so we knew we were in great hands. She walked us through every step of the process, at no point were we ever confused. She educated us on buying and selling and the steps that we needed to take to secure our first home. Chanel made awesome recommendations and was very realistic with us about our expectations. With that being said this process actually exceeded my expectations. I heard horror stories about the home buying process but we didn't experience any of that with Chanel. It was very smooth and seamless. When visiting different homes she always made sure to keep in mind the locations and amenities we asked for and her attention to detail was impeccable. When we saw what is now our new home, we could tell this was it and Chanel could too. We put in an offer even though there were other offers on the table, Chanel worked her magic and it was accepted that same day. The closing happened so fast after that I forgot how long most people said their process lasted. We have now been in our home for almost 5 weeks and we absolutely LOVE it! This will be a beautiful place to continue raising our children and a legacy for them.
