Whenever, they gave estimates based on comparisons for a property, the final purchase price would be pretty close to what the estimates were.
As soon as my first meeting with Karishma was over, we had a chat room account setup for communicating with her team. We would share listings, comparisons and estimates and literally discussed everything in this chat room. It helped with transparency and prevented a lot of over-communication.
