Chad Wootan

Chad Wootan, Owner and Broker Associate at Lone Star Realty Group got his real estate license right out of high school and was determined to continue his family’s real estate legacy. A true entrepreneur, Chad started his own construction company, Wootan Homes, bought investment properties while practicing real estate, formed Lone Star Realty Group in 2006, and recently opened Cooper’s Old Time Pit Bar-B-Que.

Chad is a TREPAC supporter, has served on the B/CS Board of Realtors, is a member of the Better Business Bureau and Builders Association. He rises to any challenge and navigates it with patience, integrity, and a positive attitude. He’s instilled this mindset throughout LSRG, where people are cared for like family.

Chad is a Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 1992 graduate and loves his Brazos Valley community. Chad and his wife Darla have been B/CS locals for decades and raised their two children, Blaine (25) and Kalen (23), here. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking in his off time. Chad is a Christ United Methodist Church member and is also a part of the Texas A&M Association of Former Students and the 12th Man Foundation.
