Chad began his career by working for a home builder in Connecticut, and quickly transitioned to redeveloping and selling properties as a licensed agent throughout New England. Chad's experience includes single and multi-family redevelopment, rezoning, new construction, and subdivisions. Chad lives in Needham and enjoys skiing, traveling, and time at the beach. Chad earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He previously worked for the US Commercial Service at the US Embassy in London, has owned several real estate development entities, and manages rental properties.
