Chad is a seasoned sales agent and developer with 14 years of full-time experience in residential real estate and services Needham, Wellesley, Newton, Dover and the surrounding areas. Chad has a passion for houses and construction, and this enthusiastic approach combined with extensive experience offers buyers and sellers a fantastic partner to achieve their real estate goals. With a tireless work ethic and creative thought process, Chad is an expert on preparing and marketing listings for sale, and has an instinctive ability to match buyers with their dream home. Chad began his career by working for a home builder in Connecticut, and quickly transitioned to redeveloping and selling properties as a licensed agent throughout New England. As a licensed general contractor, Chad offers a unique perspective to help clients evaluate properties and help guide their decisions. Chad's experience includes single and multi-family redevelopment, rezoning, new construction, and subdivisions. Chad lives in Needham and enjoys skiing, traveling, and time at the beach. Chad earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University. He previously worked for the US Commercial Service at the US Embassy in London, has owned several real estate development entities, and manages rental properties.
