"We were referred to Chad by a friend and we are very pleased we decided to work with him! Considering my husband and I work full time, we have strict times we are avilable. Chad always made time to meet or talk with us, even if it was late at night or on a busy weekend. We were first time home buyers so there was a lot we didn't understand and he took the time to explain everything to us in terms we understood.
