We were living out of state during the marketing and sale of our home, which created a huge number of unknown challenges.  All of those challenges were met and solved in-person and on-location by Chad.  From ensuring the yard looked great, to keeping leaves blown off the roof, to washing windows, Chad worked tirelessly to ensure a great experience for anybody taking a look at the house.  He quickly understood one of the main appeals to our house was all the available natural light, so before any showing he opened all the shades and came by again to close it down.  When the home closed, Chad again stepped up to help with all the odds and ins that come with moving out of a home we had lived in for 10 years but weren't there to tend to.   

Chad also provided regular council on the phone.  From market strategy, to keeping up with changing comps, to insights gained through Compass, and great insight on photography and marketing through social media Chad is a complete package. About Chad

Chad offers unparalleled expertise in central Austin's neighborhoods, with roots in the area dating back to the early 1990s. His commitment to exceeding client expectations is matched by his dedication to staying abreast of market trends, building standards, and design innovations. Fascinated by architecture and design, Chad is known for his exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage tasks with precision and focus. He specializes in representing buyers and sellers of luxury homes, condominiums, and investment properties throughout the greater Austin metro, with a particular emphasis on central Austin.

A native of Ft. Worth, Chad relocated to Austin in 1993 to earn his degree in English Literature. His early career highlights include a pivotal role at Hoover’s, Inc., where he contributed to the company's success through its NASDAQ IPO and eventual acquisition by Dun & Bradstreet. He then ventured into entrepreneurship by opening Tambaleo, a beloved downtown bar, which he operated until selling the property to pave the way for one of Austin’s pioneering high-rise condominiums. Chad later transitioned to the IT Remarketing Industry, co-founding NSR, an IT asset disposition and technology remarketing firm that has thrived since its inception in 2009. His pursuit of investment opportunities in Tech and Real Estate ultimately led to him obtaining his real estate license in 2016.

With nearly three decades of residence in central Austin, Chad has witnessed its transformation from a quaint college town to a dynamic metropolis. He resides in Pemberton Heights with his wife Leah and their two children, Charlie and Maggie. Chad and his family relish outdoor activities, time on Lake Austin, the vibrant local restaurant scene, and live music events with friends.
