"Hey all. I don't normally write reviews, but I figured i should write about my experience about making one of the biggest purchases of my life. I signed up for one of Chad's seminars. I was a bit skeptical at first but was there because I didn't know where to start when it came down to buying a home. the end of the seminar I was ready to least give it a try with Chad. Less than 90 days later I'm in a home that I am really enjoying.
