About Chad
An Arizona native, Chad Dankberg was born in Tucson and moved to Scottsdale when he was three years old. Scottsdale has been his home ever since except for the two years he spent in Las Vegas after college.
Chad obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University after spending his first three years of college at his favorite school, the University of Arizona. In 2006, he moved back to Arizona after his father passed away to help his mother and work for his father's company, RSVP Publications. Chad started with RSVP in the Las Vegas office and has over 16 years of experience in sales and marketing.
He met his wife Cara, also a Realtor, in February 2012 playing kickball and got engaged at the top of Camelback Mountain about a year later. They got married in November 2013. He grew interested in real estate after seeing the passion she has for her career and the success it brought. In 2014, Chad initially got his license to assist Cara while she was pregnant with their first son. He quickly decided to make it his full-time career while continuing with RSVP on the side to provide health insurance for his family. Each year Chad's knowledge of the industry and ability to help their clients has increased exponentially.
They have two adorable boys named Adam (4) and Reid (2). Adam loves playing golf and t-ball, garbage trucks, dinosaurs, and riding his quad in the desert behind their house. Adam looks just like Chad did as a child. Reid loves monster trucks, riding on the quad with his uncle or grandpa, and doing whatever Adam is doing. Reid has giant blonde curls and looks a lot like Chad too. They also have two dogs, Bruce Wayne, a 12-year-old Boxer/Rottweiler that is just about the smartest and sweetest dog around and Winnie Cooper, a 3-year-old Labradoodle that is the ultimate mama dog to their boys.
As an avid sports enthusiast, when he is not busy working you can find Chad on the golf course, coaching his son's t-ball team or cheering on one of his favorite teams. He has been a Cardinals season ticket holder since 2006 and loves the New York Yankees, which he grew up watching with his father (a Bronx native). And even though his degree is from ASU, Chad is a die-hard Arizona Wildcats football and basketball fan. During the winter months, he tries to keep up with his wife on the slopes. They regularly travel to Flagstaff and Colorado to snowboard.
