Cesar Sanchez

I have been in real estate for 20+ years. My father conducted real estate in Silverlake and Echo Park in the 70s. I was born in Hollywood, and later moved to Los Feliz. Having been raised learning about this community and its needs, my aim is to serve its residents. I also have a coffee shop in the fan favorite Pazzo Gelato, named Kuitu Coffee. Things have changed considerably since I started out. However, one thing has remained the same: real estate is still at premium. I am here to provide service to the people of our community.

 

I have experience as an agent, investor, and property manager in Los Angeles. I'd love to bring my unique knowledge and process to you: a hands on and personal approach. My hobbies include road biking, martial arts, running, and brewing coffee. I am also a foodie and a dog lover.
