About Cayce

Cayce Tilghman began preparing for her real estate career at an early age. By the age of nine she and her parents had already lived in 4 different states, making her all-too-familiar with the excitement and stressors of moving. Eventually her family planted roots in Greensboro, North Carolina, and as a young adult she enrolled at NC State, which served as her introduction to the wonderful City of Oaks.

After college she worked in banking until 2006 when she took a leap of faith and began her real estate career. For over 15 years Cayce has serviced clients in their real estate journeys. She has seen firsthand the amazing growth this region has experienced, and is familiar with the ebbs and flows of the market. Having assisted with the sale and purchase of homes and properties ranging from $50K to $2.5M, she is familiar with every price point. Working together with her clients, she develops winning strategies to achieve their real estate goals. She would love the opportunity to earn your business!

When she’s not assisting clients, you can find Cayce spending quality time with her husband Scott, daughters Carson and Scotlyn, and Saving Grace rescue dog, Knox. She volunteers at the children's school library and book fair, and enjoys being involved with the PTA at her daughters' school. She enjoys traveling, entertaining family and friends, and being outdoors.
