"Thank you so much for all your help and patience throughout this whole process! I think we hit the jackpot with this place. Very grateful!" - Audrey

"Just closed on a little pied-à-terre today in Flatiron. A special shout-out to my awesome real estate salesperson and sorority sister!" - Wendy

"Cavarly is detailed and patient with both irksome managing agents, unhelpful selling brokers and stressed out buyers." - Kerri

"Cavarly was most helpful when my husband and I were purchasing our first co-op in NYC. Despite having bought many properties outside of New York, we were not prepared for the many demands of Board acceptance. And, of course, these issues were complicated by the onset of the pandemic just as we signed a contract. Cavarly took it upon herself to convert the Board package documents to an online, editable document, which I am sure took hours. She shielded us from difficult brokers and lawyers, but most important: she made a special trip to NYC during lockdown on the day of the closing to make sure everything was in working order. When she discovered a problem, she contacted the appropriate workmen and the problem was fixed before the papers were signed. We were certainly impressed--and thankful." - Jane Lubin & Riaz Lalani
