About Cathy
Cathy is a licensed REALTOR® and a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. She grew up in Hendersonville, TN and graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, with a degree in Finance. Cathy and her husband, Aeron, have been married for over 25 years and have raised their family in the Nashville and Franklin areas. They have four children: Joe, Lilly, Ella, and Nicholas, and two dogs: Dolly and Rollo.
Prior to working from home with her four children, Cathy was a medical underwriter and an employee benefits consultant, helping clients budget their insurance programs. Cathy has always been interested in real estate and has loved watching Nashville grow and thrive. She and Aeron believe in the value of real estate and began investing and managing their personal rental properties before Cathy decided to pursue a career in real estate. She loves helping others find their perfect home or investment property. With a solid background in insurance and finance, and knowledge of the Nashville and surrounding areas, Cathy is well equipped to guide clients through the complexities of buying, selling or investing in the real estate market.
Cathy spends her free time attending school events, traveling with her family, and serving on the Advisory Board for Impact100.
