"Cathy Hawkins provided me with an great experience. As a first time home buyer I did not know where to begin with the process. She met me for coffee when I first reached out to her and provided me with all the answers to the questions I didn't even know to ask. She was readily available by phone, email, and text to answer my questions a long the way. "Cathy recently facilitated the purchase of a home for my wife and me acting as our buyer’s agent. We met her at a place that was listed by Cathy’s agency. We were concerned about her acting as a dual agent. She went out of her way to assure us that she was concerned about us, not just making the sale.
