"I'm writing to you about my experience with Real Estate agents and trying to buy a place in Century Village in Deerfield Beach for the last three years. I live in Ottawa Canada and it is impractical for me to travel down to Florida every time a unit I am interested comes up for sale. I've been looking at listings every week over the last three years and I have contacted several real estate agents about buying a unit with very limited cooperation. It seems because of the price of the units and small commission they're only interested in putting in an offer and not much more. They wouldnt check out a place in person for me, I even sent one an email asking them to put in an offer on a place and they never even responded for over a week. After 3 years of getting nowhere I contacted Crystal Dinally and explained my frustration, I asked her to set me up with helpful agent and she had Catherine Yardley contact me. My goodness what a difference it was! She has been the most incredibly, helpful and hard-working agent I've ever met anywhere. It didn't matter whether I called her or emailed her, she responded quickly and was more than willing to go to places that I was interested in, take pictures and send them to me, and give me her thoughts on what she saw. Catherine did an amazing job finding out information from the listing agents as well. When I decided that I wanted to put an offer on a foreclosure she even found out the information I needed to put in a bid! I finally found what seemed like the right property for us and she took a video of the place. We put in an offer which she helped negotiate and helped us close the deal. I asked if she could find a home inspector to look at the place which she did for me and arranged access for them.
