Originally from Indiana, Cathy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education from Indiana University. Cathy says, “Just like a great teacher, a great realtor must be extremely organized, communicate clearly, and remain calm in virtually any situation.”
Having resided in leading cities as diverse as New York, Boston, Atlanta, and Los Angeles, Cathy’s heart belongs to Malibu. She loves the sense of community, camaraderie, the warm and friendly people, and the fantastic schools in this beautiful Southern California coastal city. A proud mother of two, Cathy’s children both attended Malibu schools. After graduating from Malibu High School, her son attended and graduated from New York University and received his master’s degree from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He now works in private equity. Her daughter also graduated from Malibu High School and then attended Loyola Marymount University where she studied psychology. She is currently in her first year at Northwestern University working toward her master's in marriage and family therapy.
Cathy’s kindness and generosity extend far beyond her professional responsibilities, and she is active in various charitable causes, including the United States Ski Team. She also sits on the Bellarmine College of Liberal Arts Advisory Board for Loyola Marymount University. She loves yoga, working out, playing pickleball and is reviving her golf interest along with her husband, a film producer and director who co-founded Gulfstream Pictures.
