Catalina specializes in single-family homes and condos, first-time home buyers, and more seasoned buyers and sellers seeking primary, second or third homes or investment properties in Massachusetts. She also has a huge network of agents around the world to refer to if a client is looking outside of Massachusetts.

Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Catalina has lived in Massachusetts for over 25 years. She sells in many different communities in the Greater Boston area, and has even helped clients find second homes on beautiful Cape Cod. 

Catalina graduated with a BA in Anthropology from Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. She spent a semester studying at the University of New Mexico, and a summer on an archeology dig in Santa Fe. Catalina went on to earn her MBA at Northeastern University in Boston, and prior to real estate, worked in marketing, business and product development for several biotech companies in New England.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, she and her husband, an attorney, have two children, two dogs, two cats, and a box turtle named Olga. Catalina is very involved with her children’s schools and is a volunteer with the Medical Reserve Corps in Boston and Burlington. Travel is her favorite pastime, especially visiting her family in Puerto Rico,  as well as enjoying the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in New Hampshire.
