"Casey did an incredible job!
It goes without saying but I'll repeat it: It's difficult for a potential homeowner to buy a house these days. The waters are overflowing with corporate house-flippers and group investors driving the prices sky high and showing up with bags of cash. It was incredibly aggravating but Casey remained calm, very patient, and honest about each prospect we examined. He helped us determine what to offer on each property and when to simply walk away.
When we found our home (a townhouse meeting what we needed/wanted), Casey negotiated the price. Amazingly, when you factor in everything, we came in slightly... ever so slightly... UNDER asking. It was kind of a miracle. I'm not saying to expect that, but he was very instrumental in it happening.
He's been easy to reach and very hands-on. That doesn't mean he doesn't give you space, though. He listened. If there was a deal breaker on things we needed or didn't want, he never offered the property as an option. This process could have taken months longer under someone else. I'm grateful we chose him.
