"We met Casey last spring while considering moving to Brooklyn. Right away he was able to give us a good idea as to what to expect with the market and manage our expectations. We ended up listing and selling our condo with Casey. He is easy to communicate with and follows up with you without being asked. Most of the time through our process we felt we were hanging out with a friend. We definitely recommend him for your real estate needs." - Alex & Rachel, Sellers

"It was a real pleasure working with Casey while selling my Brooklyn coop. He was able to orchestrate the deal by connecting the perfect buyers with my apartment. He understood the nuances of a transaction with a self-managed coop during a complicated time such as the pandemic. The most impressive things about Casey are his problem-solving skills and can-do attitude. These qualities really shined the day of the closing. Casey noticed that some critical signatures were missing and worked with all parties to resolve the issue promptly, keeping the closing on track. Phew! I'd recommend Casey to anyone buying, selling, or renting property on New York City. He is a blast to work with and gets the job done." - Brandon, Seller

"Casey was the man! Can’t recommend him enough. We had several real estate agents not return our calls. Casey always made himself available. He made us feel like we were his top priority. We had no experience buying a place of our own, and buying into a co-op comes with an exhaustive checklist. Casey made it seem easy. He will take care of you and you can trust him." - Eric & Jennifer, Buyers

"Fantastic from beginning to end... smart, knowledgeable, attentive, and considerate. Working with Casey was one of my best decisions in recent years!" - Cynthia, Seller

 ★★★★★
"As first time home buyers, we had a lot to learn. Luckily, Casey was there to guide us through the entire process. He recommended a wonderful lawyer who negotiated a great contract for us, and a lender that got us a much lower rate than we were expecting. What could have been a very stressful experience was made easy with Casey's help. We are so happy that we had an agent like him on our side!" - Jeannette & Billy, Buyers

★★★★★
"Casey is an outstanding real estate agent! It was an absolute joy working with him. He is diligent, respectful, responsive, and very professional, and most importantly, he really listens to what you want. He helped my partner and I find the home of our dreams, and provided excellent support through each step of the process. I can't recommend Casey highly enough!" - Sid & Kendra, Buyers

"After over a decade of living all over New York City I was finally moving into my own place. Casey found the perfect apartment in Brooklyn for me. It was a sweet building that I literally never thought I would be able to live in. I had walked past it on my commute for years and literally never thought it would ever be a place I would live in. But he listened. He lined things up. He encouraged me to let a good thing happen. He was there for me when I was going through an oddly new process during a difficult time. The entire process from start to finish was maybe 2 or 3 days. Casey even helped me find my dream chair via another client and it continues to be a cherished and much used chair to this day. It helps that Casey is also just a true mensch." -Andrew, Renter
