About Caryl Dillon Group
An entrepreneurial spirit and love for the city inspired Caryl Dillon to become a Realtor. Everyone needs a place to call home – it was a natural calling.
As a Top Producer of the Chicago Association of Realtors since 2012, Dillon was recruited to Compass as a founding member of their Chicago expansion. Adding seasoned broker Annie Lukachik to form Caryl Dillon Group, Dillon found the spirit of a team to be a wonderful collaboration of ideas and expertise.
Prior to joining Compass, Dillon lead the sales team at the Elysian Hotel and Private Residences (now the Waldorf), a true expression of luxury in residential real estate. While much of her business is at the upper end, Dillon also finds a personal connection guiding first time homebuyers through the process and working with them again as their lives evolve.
Dillon gives kudos to Compass for providing her team with cutting-edge technology that maximizes everyone’s time. Knowing that buying and selling real estate is the biggest financial transaction of most people’s lives, Caryl Dillon Group ensures clients feel confident every step of the way. A very personal connection is made with all of their clients, whether they are buying or selling.
Prior to becoming a licensed Realtor, Dillon served as executive director of Parkways Foundation, a public-private partnership with the Chicago Park District. Prior to that, she saw the world as regional director of sales for Sonesta International Hotels.

Annie Lukachik
Annie was recruited from the top producing team in the Gold Coast office of Baird & Warner to join Caryl Dillon Group. A consummate professional, Annie is not only a licensed broker; she brings 7 years experience in real estate education having served as Director of Communication for the Real Estate Business Institute. Annie is a familiar face on the national level, but closer to home she utilizes her creativity and in-depth knowledge of marketing to oversee digital and social media for the team, in addition to working with buyers, sellers and investors.
