With an impressive 24-year career in the high-energy trade show, expo, and conference industry, Carrie arrived at Compass armed with an entrepreneurial spirit. This entrepreneurial streak was evident through her "side-gigs" in a vegetarian meal delivery business and a sign-making company. A true professional with a designer’s eye, Carrie adeptly managed teams and fostered relationships to create impactful events such as NAMM and ComicCon. Transitioning seamlessly into real estate, Carrie brought her expertise in organization, communication, and being profoundly responsive to her clients' needs.

Carrie's exceptional eye for design and craftsmanship allows her to transform properties into their best, most attractive forms fetching top dollar for her clients. Equally, she excels in finding the best-valued and most suitable homes for her buyers. A strong, fair, and creative negotiator, she relishes the challenge of securing the best possible deals for her clients.

Taking full advantage of being a native Southern Californian, she enjoys the art and culture as well as the outdoor activities. She once was a competitive snowboarder and now enjoys surfing and playing in the ocean as often as possible. Her academic journey at Cal State Long Beach, where she earned a degree in Sports Psychology and Leadership on a Women in Philanthropy Scholarship Society grant, laid the foundation for her remarkable communication and negotiation skills. Deeply committed to family, Carrie is a dedicated advocate and caregiver to her special needs sister, collaborating closely with the California Regional Centers. Her heart and home are shared with her wife and beloved rescues, "Quill" and "Izzy," residing in the vibrant Venice community. Engaging actively with her community, she attends Venice Neighborhood Council meetings, sponsors Theatricum Botanicum theater in Topanga, and proudly holds membership in the Venice Surfing Association.
