About Carrie
Carrie (Miller) Kerwin has been fortunate to call Marin County home for over 25 years. Being a nature enthusiast, she relishes the ability to hike a grassy ridge or a wooded lake within a few minutes of her front door. Her son attends White Hill Middle School and is active in school theater and sports which keeps her deeply connected to the local community. Prior to living in Marin, she resided in New York City while working as a fashion model and actress. During her extensive travels throughout Europe she developed her eye for architecture, a love of interior design and how to shop a good French flea market. This eventually led to opening a vintage home furnishings boutique, Petit Chateau, in Ross, California. From there she migrated into interior design and where she produced many large scale residential projects in the Bay Area, Idaho and Washington DC from her studio in Sausalito, then teamed up with two talented designers to form the top San Francisco design firm, Massucco Warner Miller Interior Design. She eventually left the partnership to start a family and devote time to being a new mom. These days, she relishes life in beautiful Marin and spends any spare time hiking, practicing yoga, shopping for cool vintage treasures, reading, writing and enjoying time with family, friends and her pug, Maple. She studied Anthropology at SFSU, Interior Design through UC Berkeley Extension and Creative Writing at College of Marin. Carrie is passionate about all things related to home and design and helping her clients achieve their real estate dreams.
