"Caroline is the best realtor that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. She had the out of the box idea to send a letter of interest to the owners of a house we loved. The owners responded to the letter and within a week, we were under contract. In a market such as the one we are in today, that sort of thinking is what you need to be competitive.
