With 15+ years of experience in customer service for a major insurance carrier behind her, she is also an expert communicator and empathetic collaborator. She can understand both sides to an issue and see the complete picture in order to offer the best possible solution for each unique circumstance. An active listener determined to meet the many different needs and goals of her clients, Carolina diligently gathers the necessary information to make a strategic plan of action.
