About Carol
Carol has been a full-time, Main Line real estate professional for more than 25 years. She has been a perennial top producer, leading her previous office in sales in 2014 and 2015 and consistently in the top half of the top 1% in sales in the entire company. Carol has earned many professional designations and accreditations during her real estate career and is a member of the PREA100 which honors the top 100 agents nationally out of 60,000 candidates. Carol's reputation is built on her attention to detail, follow-through, commitment to excellence, and work ethic. Her central focus is the education of her clients, believing that an educated client makes the best and most informed decisions for themselves.
A graduate of Bryn Mawr College where she studied Architecture and Economics, Carol has lived on the Main Line all of her adult life and intimately knows its communities and surrounding areas. Carol loves her profession and helping clients learn more about the area's schools, history, and people. She uses her head and heart to understand the marketplace, and her clients have come to think of and depend on her as a trusted advisor and friend.
During the past 10+ years, her daughter Alison has been her real estate partner. Carol patiently and diligently guides sellers through the listing process by providing an extensive marketing strategy, starting with her own stager, inspector, and appraiser plus professional photography, to ensure that sellers' homes will make their best impression on the market. She successfully matches buyers with their real estate and lifestyle interests, guiding them through financing and the entire buying process.
Carol and her husband, Charlie, reside in Bryn Mawr and are long-time supporters of their community. She has served in leadership positions of such organizations as The Shipley School, Merion Cricket Club, Haverford School, Inglis House, Lankenau Hospital, and others. Carol served for 10+ years as the elected Judge of Elections in her ward and was elected to serve on various committees for the Junior League of Philadelphia. She is a member of the Acorn Club and Merion Cricket Club.
