About Carol
Experience the difference. A third generation Realtor in her 35th year of Marin County real estate, you could say that Carol was born to real estate. Real estate has always been and always will be her career.
Marin County is located just over the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco and the gateway to northern California's iconic wine country. One couldn't find a more idyllic yet convenient place to call home than Marin County.

Carol's business philosophy is one of exemplary service to clients through listening to their desires and being a true and accessible partner in helping them reach their real estate goals. Market knowledge, neighborhoods, and comparable properties to assess valuation are where Carol excels. In addition, Carol had a dual role as both Realtor and compliance auditor for eight years. California is well known for their thorough contracts and numerous disclosures and advisories. Carol is well qualified in contract knowledge and can explain all the various forms to mitigate client risk on the largest purchase or sale involved in her clients' lives, as well as interpreting inspection reports and homeowner association documents. This knowledge allows for winning strategies and thorough guidance for buyers submitting offers, and for sellers on the best way to recognize the best offer for their property and strategies for negotiation.

Carol was born and raised in Evanston, IL- the first suburb north of Chicago. Her love of skiing landed her at the University of Utah, where she met her husband who hailed from Marin County. Carol graduated with a degree in Advertising and Public Relations, with real estate related studies through the School of Business. Carol lives in Larkspur with her husband and beloved Viszla, Bartok. In her free time, Carol enjoys hiking with her dog, cooking up fabulous weekend dinners, and  spending time at Lake Tahoe boating, skiing with her family and friends.
