Carol has been helping people buy and sell their dream homes for more than 15 years. Her friends, however, say “she has always been in real estate”, as she often helped them find great homes well before she became a Realtor®. A Delaware native, Carol has spent most of her life living in Northern Delaware and Chester County, Pennsylvania. She is a licensed Realtor® in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Prior to officially becoming a Realtor®, Carol worked in sales, marketing, corporate communications and recruiting for W.L. Gore and Associates, Inc., a multinational private corporation making Gore-Tex® fabrics, implantable medical devices, and a wide array of other life changing products.
Growing up, Carol’s father’s work took the family to live in multiple states, and, as an adult, work opportunities took Carol and her family to live in Hong Kong for 4 years - Carol has a deep and personal understanding of the opportunities and challenges related to relocation.
In her free time, Carol enjoys walking with friends, playing racquet sports, and doting on her three adorable grandchildren.

Empathy - Carol understands where buyers and sellers are in their lives, having moved out of existing homes into new homes more than 14 times herself. She puts herself in their shoes and helps them make the right decision for them.
Experience - Carol’s years in business and in real estate have given her the skills to navigate the challenges that come up when buying or selling a home. Her clients value her calm demeanor and win/win attitude that she exhibits during stressful negotiations, and appreciate the fact that she’s (almost) seen it all! In addition, her experience has given her a large network of experts she can call on when needed.
