"We have been long time clients of Carol Li. She helped us with 3 real estate transactions already in this extremely competitive market of the Bay Area Peninsula. We will no doubt seek her expertise again in future transactions.

We first met Carol after she was referred to us for our first home purchase in the Peninsula around 2018. We were just engaged and had a low budget for this first family home. Carol helped us tirelessly, showing us multiple open houses each weekend. Finally, there was a townhome in Sunnyvale that we liked and were within our budget. Unfortunately, we were outbid. This is where Carol truly worked her magic. She found us an off-market townhome in the same community that same week! With her great negotiating skills, she was able to get us that unit at the offer price that we put for the previous unit.

Fast forward to 2022, we added a new member to our family 😊 and we decided to sell that first home. She helped us clean up the place with a new paint job, staging, and professional photographs very quickly. She hosted the open house herself 2 weekends in a row. But this was during COVID, and there was simply not enough interest for a small townhome. Everyone wanted more space for remote working. But again, Carol worked her magic. She identified one family that was on the fence at the open house and persuaded them to make an offer! It took just 1 month and 2 days from us moving out to ratifying the deal.

Once that sale was closed and money was in our bank. It was time to look for our next home. Carol worked very quickly, showing us many places, some that were not even on the market yet. Carol found this one hidden gem in Palo Alto with one of the best school districts in the Bay Area. She found out that offers were due in 2 days but there were not many disclosure requests. For some reason, both us and many people overlooked this place. Carol recognized it as a good opportunity for us. We took a look in person and fell in love! At the end, we were just one of two offers submitted and we won the place barely over asking, extremely rare for a Palo Alto single family home. This will be our home for a very very long time and we have Carol to thank for that.
