Born and raised in Miami, Carlos Cuan has witnessed the evolution of the city over his lifetime and deeply knows the people, lifestyle and overall market in Southeast Florida. A Broker in the Riley Smith Group, he represents buyers, sellers and investors in pre-construction and resale properties throughout Miami-Dade County, with a focus on luxury homes and condominiums in Coral Gables, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Silver Bluff, Shenandoah, Pinecrest and Doral.

 

With his bachelor’s in business with a concentration in finance, Carlos’s approach as a Broker is centered on data analysis, skillful negotiating and an unyielding commitment to serve the needs of his clients. Real estate is more than just a profession – it’s a vocation, and it’s a financial vehicle he can navigate for buyers and sellers to better their lives and place them in the best possible position to grow their roots. A deal is about relationship-building over collecting commission, and Carlos has built many long-term friendships with clients over the years as a result of this ethos.
