"Carla is amazing. From the first day that we met to see our first house, to the closing table for a condo -- she was just incredible. She helped me navigate through my first home purchase and I genuinely don't think I could've done it without her. When we first started searching, I let Carla know that I was interested in a multi-family and gave her a budget. She didn't hesitate for a minute and we started seeing a number of properties. It didn't take her long to understand what my goals were and how I wanted to move forward. From an investment property to primary residency, to fixer-uppers...she suffered through all my phases.
