Our Team is led by Carey Hagglund Condy who was born and raised in the Bay Area. Carey has lived in Marin since 1989. She began her real estate career in 2001 and has been consistently ranked among the top agents in Marin County since she joined Pacific Union International (now Compass) in 2010.

Carey is known by her clients and colleagues to be honest, discreet and a straight shooter. She is passionate about her work and her clients. She provides unparalleled service, strong negotiating skills, and a superb knowledge of Marin County's many unique neighborhoods and schools.

Carey lives in Kentfield where she raised her three daughters who attended Bacich Elementary School, Kent Middle School and Redwood High School. Carey is an active member of the community and thoroughly enjoys everything Marin County has to offer. She earned her BA in political economy at UC Berkeley. She is a Charter Member of 100Marin. Her past community involvement includes serving on the Marin General Hospital Foundation Board, President of Ross Valley Women's League and serving on the Executive Board of the Kentfield Schools Foundation. She is currently on the Bay Area Board of Directors of Summer Search.

Kaitlin Lopin Gilbert is our team’s buy agent with a special focus on Fairfax and San Anselmo. Kaitlin was born and raised in San Anselmo where she attended Ross Valley School District and now lives in Fairfax with her husband. Having recently purchased her first home, Kaitlin has a passion for working with first time home buyers and sellers. Kaitlin prides herself on providing an extremely high touch level of service, rooted in a methodical and detail-oriented foundation. Her tenacity, relatability and integrity are further complemented by her three decades of Marin County expertise.

Shiloh Gordon is our Operations Manager. Shiloh manages our listings ensuring that inspections, disclosures, staging, and property marketing are executed in a timely and professional manner. Shiloh grew up in San Diego and currently lives in San Rafael with his wife, two kids and their dog. He transitioned from the hospitality industry to Real Estate in 2019 where he has leveraged his extensive knowledge of hospitality, operations management, and team development to provide an unmatched client experience.
